Return Window
- You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in their original packaging and unused to be eligible for a return.
- Returns for products that are heavily used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
Defective or Damaged Products
- If your product arrives defective or damaged, we’re happy to assist. Please email us using the contact page with the following:
- A description of the issue.
- A clear photo showing the defect or damage.
- Once verified, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
Return Shipping
- Splahstical will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
Refunds and Exchanges
- You can choose between a refund or an exchange for eligible returns.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exclusions
- Items that are heavily used, damaged due to improper handling, or otherwise not in resalable condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
